Scope
Staff product designer work on Grafana’s incident response line — from Grafana OnCall through the merge with Grafana Incident into Grafana IRM, in close collaboration with product, engineering, and design peers.
Led design system work for OnCall schedules from early patterns through rotation and override flows that later product work still builds on.
Helped define IRM when OnCall and Incident merged: information architecture, early exploration, MVP prioritization with PM and engineering, and release-ready UI for the first launch.
Have ongoing design responsibility for Grafana IRM mobile app from initial concept through continuing iteration as the product evolves.
Extended IRM with observability-native flows that keep incident response closer to metrics, logs, and traces within Grafana’s observability context.
