Problem
We don’t age in a day — we age by the millimeter. The body degrades silently: posture settles, the head drifts forward, the evening slouch arrives a little earlier each month. None of it hurts, none of it shows up in a check-up — we only ever notice the consequences, years later.
I study the biokinetics of everyday life — how the body moves, and how it slowly breaks, over months and years. This exploration sees how you move, how you tire by evening, and how your “upright” quietly sinks year after year. The body sends signals long before it fails. I’m learning to listen.
More soon.
